Sebring man charged in underage trafficking and sexual activity case
From the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office:
Howard Edward Jones, 66, of Sebring was arrested on August 15th and charged with engaging in human trafficking (child less than 18) and promoting sexual activity of a victim less than 16. The Special Victims Unit was made aware of a video from 2021 where Jones offered to pay a 13-year-old girl for sex.

Note: Not all arrests result in convictions. Everyone is considered innocent until proven guilty in court.
